RESERVATIONS:
Please call 1-800-888-8582 or email us at info@atraft.com or fill out our online form to check the availability of the rafting dates that you want.  To guarantee rafting reservations, a deposit of 50% of the total cost of each trip is required.  The balance is due 10 days prior to your trip.  Please include the rafting date and the name of the group organizer.  To qualify for our early booking special, payment in full must be mailed by March 31st.  We accept checks, major credit cards and travelers checks.

REFUND POLICY:
If we have to cancel your trip because of water conditions, you may either reschedule your trip or receive a full refund.  We will NOT cancel a trip because of rain, snow or cold.  IF YOU DO NOT SHOW UP FOR YOUR TRIP OR CANCEL LESS THAN TEN DAYS PRIOR, YOU WILL RECEIVE NO REFUND.

STATE PARK FEE:
The Arkansas River goes through the Arkansas Headwaters Recreation Area so the State of Colorado charges a state park fee to raft on the Arkansas.  The park fee is 5.25% per trip or $3.00 per person per day, whichever is greater.  All rafting companies on the Arkansas River are required to charge this fee.

FREE TRIP FOR GROUP ORGANIZER:
If you organize a trip of 18 or more persons, including yourself, one person will raft for free.  For 36 or more persons, two people will raft for free.
